Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have HOD - Sales & Marketing level experience Able to lead the Sales & Marketing Department
∎ Responsible for delivering targets according to the annual Sales plan for providing periodic updates revisions and modifications to the plan.
∎ Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales plan with all of the functional departments of the company.
∎ Develop new strategies, tactics and plan for future growth of the company.
∎ Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build up the loyal customer base. Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company's goal.
∎ Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback and deploy them from ideation to execution.
∎ Build strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
∎ Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content cu ration, and pay per click campaigns, customer activation, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
∎ Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies,, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
∎ Analyze the competitors' market data, make the strike plan and report to Management.
∎ Interact with the suppliers and buyers.
∎ Interact with the MD with the following sales and development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
