Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Science/Public Health or similar discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience, including 3 years in management positions, preferably in the field of community mobilization and SBCC activity.
∎ Experience in working with Govt. senior health and family planning managers and policy makers is essential.
∎ Should have the capacity to coordinate and collaborate effectively with different government units/departments MOH&FW at divisional/district level.
∎ Sound knowledge on SBCC and community mobilization related to maternal, new born, adolescent and child health (MNCAH) and Family Planning and better understanding on national health strategies/programs.
∎ Excellent skill in coordinating SBCC activity and community engagement relevant to MNCAH-FP program.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS-Office
