  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Creative mindset and team leadership skills.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Manager (Digital Marketing & Sales) to lead our marketing strategy, drive growth, and strengthen our national outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, email, SMS marketing).
  • Drive sales strategy, customer acquisition, and conversion.
  • Plan and execute marketing funnels for books, courses, and events.
  • Manage website updates, SEO, and analytics.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, design team, and operational units.
  • Oversee social media content, monthly calendars, and brand guidelines.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide weekly reporting.
