Job Context:
∎ As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will actively plan and execute efficient digital media campaigns and build marketing strategies for product launch support and seasonal promotions that drive customer acquisition for the Group. You will develop business acumen in the networking category while optimizing campaigns and promotions to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our paid media effort. You will be on the forefront for how we utilize digital channels and initiatives to drive growth and support promotions.
∎ The ability to drive a high-volume of quality output, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up and execute digital marketing strategies employing a sound understanding in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), knowledge in Graphics Designing using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and maintaining necessary marketing databases.
∎ Skillfully execute digital marketing plans on social networking platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Linked in, Microblogging (Twitter, Tumblr), Photo sharing (Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest), vlogging or video posting (YouTube, Facebook Live etc.), and CDM/email marketing, etc.
∎ Define and analyze key metrics that measure and benchmark success.
∎ Manage the continued improvement of tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics, including ROI.
∎ Support the branding strategies of the Group and omni-channel promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition for the Group.
∎ Establish and maintain automated reporting and optimization processes. Provide performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
∎ Generate new ideas to create Banners, Images, Video Clip, Promotions etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media and Email Marketing
∎ Ensure accurate and optimized information on company pages (Google, Facebook, etc.)
∎ Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Content readability test site, Keyword planner and other relevant sites, drive traffic to company pages to increase brand awareness and lead generation
∎ Coordinate with other cross-functional professionals to leverage relationships, and establish best practices for branding and marketing strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The ability to create innovative digital marketing programs to drive customer acquisition
∎ Full and in-depth knowledge of the latest trends of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing
∎ Strong time management skills: ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
∎ Can generate effective copy writing / script writing, and blogging contents for website & social media marketing.
∎ Strong analytical skills with a strong bias towards decision making based on data.
∎ Verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail. Ability to take, drive and/or influence strategic decisions.
∎ Candidates must have a strong command in English
∎ Experienced in relevant role for e-commerce (B2C and B2B) will get preference
∎ Minimum 4+ year(s) Experience in relevant field
∎ Candidates with strong editorial experience will get special preference.
