Key Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, and manage trade-offs with engineering teams.

• Experience working with Agile development teams, with familiarity in creating user stories and managing product backlogs.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms.

• Strong ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to inform product decisions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present complex ideas to stakeholders.

• Experience driving cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project management or related roles.

• 4+ years in product, operations, or systems design roles where you shipped products, ideally in Enterprise Software Development, Enterprise SaaS.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager for a SaaS based platform to join our growing team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, and customer support to deliver products that align with the company`s vision and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

• Oversee ideation, development, launch, and optimization of products.

• Own the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and consistent communication with stakeholders.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to refine prioritized product needs.

• Ensure a user-centered design approach by working with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive, customer-focused features.

• Utilize data-driven decision-making methods, including A/B testing, to validate product hypotheses and prioritize features.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to gather and analyze feedback for current and future product development.

• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Client Success, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

• Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages to enhance product positioning.

• Use tools, integrations, and AI/LLM-powered solutions to replace repetitive workflows.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating closely with marketing and sales.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product concepts into technical requirements, prioritizing features in the product backlog.

• Facilitate agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and removal of blockers for smooth sprint execution.

• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, user adoption, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
