Experience Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, administrative roles, or project coordination.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to retail operations or interior/store development projects.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an Executive, People, Planning and Operations, who is responsible for supporting HR operations, workforce planning, administrative functions and the execution of store development projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring organizational efficiency through process coordination, project tracking, and operational execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in human resources, administrative support, and basic project coordination with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in manpower planning, recruitment scheduling, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee data and personal records in coordination with HR.

  • Monitor attendance and coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team.

  • Ensure timely execution of regular operational tasks by liaising with internal departments.

  • Draft, implement, and track adherence to HR and operational policies.

  • Maintain and update documentation such as SOPs, compliance reports, and departmental logs.

  • Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports for management decision-making.

  • Support employee services including ID cards, attendance issues, and general queries.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives across departments.

  • Support execution of store interior and development projects according to set timelines and budgets.

  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, civil contractors, and procurement for seamless execution.

  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and escalate issues where necessary.

  • Track key milestones like civil work, branding, electrical setup, and furnishing activities.

  • Manage material flow – from sourcing and delivery to inventory tracking.

  • Maintain project documentation such as Gantt charts, progress logs, and cost trackers.

  • Assist in budget planning, expense monitoring, and project status reporting to senior management.
