Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible IT Support Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will work with our vehicle tracking system (ADL MotoViewer) to ensure real-time monitoring and support for our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, quick response capability, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor vehicles in real-time using our tracking software (ADL MotoViewer)
Provide instant responses to customer queries via chat/call
Ensure continuous tracking service and identify any disruptions
Investigate and troubleshoot issues when vehicles go offline
Provide support in customer groups (Facebook/WhatsApp/other platforms)
Coordinate with the technical team when required
Maintain daily monitoring reports and logs
