About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Technical Presales Interns (Network & Security). This internship is designed to train and develop candidates into job-ready presales professionals. No prior presales experience is required—just a strong interest in networking, cybersecurity, and client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in understanding customer requirements and technical needs
Support the presales team in preparing technical proposals and presentations
Participate in product demos, POCs (Proof of Concepts), and solution discussions
Learn and assist in designing network and security solutions
Work closely with sales and technical teams to deliver solutions
Research emerging technologies in networking and cybersecurity
Training & Development (We Will Make You Job-Ready)
Selected candidates will undergo structured training covering:
Networking fundamentals (Routing, Switching, TCP/IP)
Network security concepts (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
Presales skills (solution design, proposal writing, client communication)
Vendor technologies and tools
Presentation and demo skills
Requirements
Basic knowledge or strong interest in Computer Networks / Cybersecurity
Background in CSE, IT, EEE, or related fields (students or fresh graduates)
Good communication and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical-client-facing role
Problem-solving mindset
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Familiarity with networking concepts (CCNA-level basics is a plus)
Exposure to cybersecurity tools or labs
Internship/project experience in IT or networking
