Job Context:
∎ Reports to Director/Chairman
∎ Department/Section -Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategy to grow customer base.
∎ Creating new corporate customers and build rapport with them.
∎ Developing and Maintaining Customers for getting desired business.
∎ Maximize support from existing accounts.
∎ Grow the current account base by gaining new accounts through management of sales leads as well as proactive approach.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ 5- 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry
∎ Experience of leading sales team in any Freight Forwarding Company.
∎ Experience of handling nominations covering sales in AIR, SEA freight, Export and Import.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle operations in multiple locations simultaneously.
∎ Good in English and Bangla communication.
∎ Excellent customer management skills (Foreign and local).
∎ The applicants should have experience for Air/ Sea Freight.
∎ Sufficient Local Market Client Base.
∎ Areas of Expertise:
∎
∎ International Logistics Management.
∎ Business Development, Sales and Client Management.
∎ Good Customer Service.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing and should have strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Sound expertise in E-Communication.
∎ Sound knowledge about all types of marketing & sales tools.
∎ Has to make regular sales call and visit Clients as and when required.
