Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5 to 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
∎ Experience of leading operation team in any reputed Freight Forwarding Company.
∎ Experience of handling AIR, SEA freight, for Export and Import.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle operations in multiple locations simultaneously.
∎ Good English Communication skills.
∎ Excellent customer management skills (foreign and local).
∎ The applicants should have experience in Air/ Sea Freight operation and Rate negotiation.
∎ Areas of Expertise:
∎ International Logistics Management.
∎ Development of operational activities.
∎ Good Customer Service.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing and should have strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Sound expertise in E-Communication.
∎ Sound knowledge about all types of operational tools.
∎ Positive attitude to visit clients as and when required.
