Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly
∎ Maintain accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased
∎ Ensure that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems and functioning according to specifications
∎ Running regular checks on network and data security
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
∎ Conducting regular system audits
∎ Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
∎ Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
∎ Providing direction for IT team members
∎ Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive system, key lock system, etc.
∎ Maintain all users access request and authorizations
∎ Act as the primary contact for all outside agents in all computer technology related matters
∎ Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support
∎ Responsible for handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
∎ Prepare Policy & Procedures for the IT Department and for the user department.
∎ Should be aware of IT Security Policies and ensures implementation through regular staff training.
∎ Able to perform other IT or Systems related task assigned by the management.

∎ Technical expertise in computer networks
∎ Analytical & problem solving skill.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in English.
