Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ BBA in HRM/ Management from a reputed university.
∎ Post Graduation Diploma in HRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish & Strengthen good Industrial Relations in the factory environment.
∎ Handle all sorts of labor union/CBA issues as per law of the land and maintain good relationships with related internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure a congenial working environment by keeping harmonious relationships within all worker & management clusters.
∎ Initiate actions to collect, assimilate and compile IR-related information of similar organizations and suggest the concerned authority timely and accordingly.
∎ Handle employee grievances, labor disputes, and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Maintain liaison with local / govt. offices (PS, UP, Labor office, DIFE, Fire Service, etc.).
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance of factories Act and Labor Laws regarding the factory administration.
∎ Ensure day-to-day administrative works, manage canteen and hospitality-related works.
∎ Ensure safety & security system by instruction and guidance to security department round the hours of the plant.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping of the plant.
∎ Ensure employee motivation program.
∎ Ensure personnel records of all staff.
∎ Review existing SOP & propose up-gradation & modification of process (For admin dept.).
∎ Prepare various manpower-related reports in collaborations with Group HR.
∎ Design/improve different admin-related formats and propose to the approval authority.
∎ Check and analyze the attendance from software/Access control and attendance management of all personnel.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience in large factory administration and HR/IR-related positions of a reputed company will be preferred.
∎ (Retired officers from defense service may also apply)
