Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the Credit Control team and manage internal and external customers for business
∎ To drive process improvement for enhancing productivity on the credit and collection
∎ To monitor daily operations of team and evaluate the progress on desired goals
∎ To assess credit status of key customers and come up with risk mitigation strategy
∎ To provide timely updates on AR and performance summary for Management review
∎ To demonstrate timely actions on debt management and recovery
∎ To closely monitor and improve collection results/DSO through proper collaborations
∎ To create Customer-centric mindset and establish relations for both Party’s win
∎ To effectively coordinate with Stakeholders to address critical issues and resolution
∎ To provide recommendations to FICO on bad debt assessment and explore recovery methods
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience with 3rd Part TIC Company or Banking will be preferred
∎ Excellent ability on data analysis
∎ Excellent team player with coordination skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
