Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with respect to land documentation and providing opinions
∎ Coordinating purchase and sale of land
∎ Keeping all documents up-to-date
∎ Supervising land related court case
∎ Supervising land survey, mutation and rent payment
∎ Assisting and coordinating digitization of land related documents
∎ Dealing with tehsil office, A.C. land office, Deputy Commissioner’s office, Registration office, Ministry of Housing and Public Works, RAJUK, Government Record rooms, Courts, Police Stations, and all other government and non-government offices with respect to land related matters.
∎ Liaison with the company’s legal advisor and other advocates
∎ Drafting of letter and documents, when required
∎ Perform any other work as per assigned by the top management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must be a vendor Certificate holder
∎ Should have Proper knowledge on land law.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Land survey, Land Registration and all legal issues, labour law, Company matter etc.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving.
