∎ Diploma in textile / Bachelor in textile.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executive the Dyeing Finishing Planning ensure the on time delivery.
∎ Ensuring and monitoring finishing quality.
∎ Monitoring sample to bulk Production.
∎ Ensuring Buyer requirement monitoring all process of finishing section.
∎ Conducting all chemicals trial & ensure the quality of finishing side.
∎ Pre-Production meeting (Internal)
∎ To follow the fabric shade according to the dyeing unloads.
∎ To follow daily Dry & wet list and collect.
∎ Setting the parameter according to the fabrication.
∎ To solve any kinds of problem of dyeing finishing section.
∎ Ensure Buyer all RSL & MRSL Requirements.
∎ To follow the fabric’s other quality according to the FTD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years as Manager, (Department-Dyeing Finishing)
∎ Well experienced about fabric quality
∎ Capable to maintain all types of dyeing quality goods
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
