Candidate should have a strong denim fabric knowledge both from technical and sourcing point of view and have good contacts with Bangladesh denim mills as well those in India, Pakistan and China.

Keeping up to date with denim fabric trends and innovations to feed into business strategy.

Source denim factory with right price to meet the business need.

Drive consistency of product quality & fabric compliance standards in accordance with requirements.

Execute objectives in line with company requirements & quality specifications including fit, fabric, color, testing, customer returns and cost of quality with action planning to ensure compliance.

Define & execute quality & technical processes & protocols for denim fabric & production with regular reviews.

Support team to review and approve samples, such as style, construction, workmanship and quality, measurement to ensure that they meet production specifications, resolving all queries.

Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, merchandising team and technical team.

Evaluate if there are any safety and functional issues and advice correct solutions.
