Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the overall dealer sales strategy aligned with company goals.
∎ Set and monitor sales targets for dealer networks and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
∎ Evaluate dealer performance regularly and provide support for improvement.
∎ Ensure proper onboarding and training of new dealers.
∎ Monitor sales trends and identify growth opportunities within the dealer network.
∎ Analyze sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
∎ Identify and onboard new dealers in untapped markets.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns to boost sales.
∎ Lead and mentor regional sales teams to achieve individual and team targets.
∎ Provide training programs to enhance the skills of sales teams and dealers.
∎ Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure timely product availability.
∎ Oversee the distribution process to maintain efficient delivery systems.
∎ Strategic Sales Management:

∎ Inventory and Distribution Management:
∎ Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure timely product availability.
∎ Oversee the distribution process to maintain efficient delivery systems.
