  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in data management and analytics in public health sector will get preference.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Business requirement generation and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

  • Knowledge of statistical software (Stata, SPSS, R, or Python).

  • Strong understanding of M&E frameworks, health indicators, and data governance.

  • Familiarity with national health MIS systems (DHIS2, etc.) and global NCD indicators.

  • Experience with digital health tools and health informatics is preferred.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to link data to decisions.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing program needs and technologies.

  • Team leadership and mentoring ability.

Job Purpose

To lead data management, monitoring, and analytics functions for the 360 Degree NCD Care Project, ensuring data-driven decision-making, quality

Location: Head Officeassurance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end requirements with Operations and lead integrations: run discovery with HO & field teams; produce BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; align indicator definitions; and lead technical integration with Medtronic Labs (SPICE) and national systems (e.g., DGHS MIS/DHIS2)—covering data mapping, conformance & security reviews, versioning/change control, UAT, and production cutovers.
  • Ensure timely, accurate collection, validation, and analysis of programmatic and clinical data.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and government partners.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to field data teams and ensure their capacity building.
  • Monitor KPIs, trends, and outcome indicators related to NCD service delivery and project performance.
  • Work with programme and technical teams to identify data needs, gaps, and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethics, and confidentiality standards.
  • Support the development and testing of digital tools, apps, and reporting templates.
  • Conduct data-driven assessments and contribute to documentation of best practices and lessons learned.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
