Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overall Cutting Department about 30 lines woven Garments factory.
∎ Must make sure consumption of fabric perfectly.
∎ Must implement cutting projection.
∎ Must support a team of 30 Production line.
∎ Ensure on time completion of cutting to meet the production deadline Order Quantity completion as PO Wise, style wise.
∎ Optimum utilization of work force by proper allocation.
∎ Improve productivity and minimization of wastage by skill development of the workforce.
∎ Resolve technical bottlenecks in the floor for smooth production flow and to achieve the right quality.
∎ Labor Turnover and Absenteeism control as per plan.
∎ Maintain safe, compliant, and pleasant workplace/factory.
∎ Coordination with quality department to ensure quality of the produce.
∎ Other tasks will be set up by the management from time to time.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the higher authority.
