∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Garments (Outwear), Garments(jacket will be preferable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing and implementing all over cutting for smooth production activities.
∎ Make a cutting strategy based on the importance of time and shipment schedule.
∎ Monitor Daily Cutting as per Plan.
∎ Properly maintain monthly cutting plan-daily basis
∎ Ensure daily to make table wise cutting plan
∎ Able to handle 54 sewing lines input for smooth production.
∎ Properly understand the buyer's cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA.
∎ Ensure the cutting process and procedure are as per the buyer's quality parameters or requirements.
∎ Lead and develop team to achievement Department goals.
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with the Head of Operation to realize the target with quality.
∎ Ensure all Process of Cutting are maintained for Individual Styles through skilled operatives.
∎ Keep Communication with all Department Concerns for day-to-day work.
∎ Implement Cutting Cost and wastage Reduction.
∎ Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all reports, records, and registers, and notify the appropriate authority.
∎ Perform all related job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate who has knowledge of handling Bullmer auto cutter machines will get priority.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Good knowledge of cutting.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments (Outwear-Jacket), Supply Chain.
∎ Must be good at Computer office program, can make documentation.
∎ Candidate should have hard working mentality, confident, honest & discipline as well as able to take challenge to any situation of the Company.
∎ Should be hard working & quick learner.
