Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Education/ Social Science/ Development Studies and other relevant faculties

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in education program in emergency context
∎ Experience on EiE, INEE standard and working in emergency contexts or fragile states.
∎ Previous experience and strong skills on teacher training and coaching
∎ Ability to speak and understand Chittagonian language is highly desired
∎ Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to identify the quality issues in EiE in the given context and implement field-level solutions.
∎ Experience in capacity building and in strengthening various duty bearers understanding of and response to EiE.
∎ Demonstrated experience of working with and supporting local partners.
∎ Hands-on computer operating skills
