∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with employees & clients of all levels in the Corporate sector.
∎ Excellent presentation and writing skills.
∎ Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
∎ Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.
∎ Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ø To develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies.
∎ Ø To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
∎ Ø To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients.
∎ Ø To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
∎ Ø Researching and understanding clients’ needs and positioning a defined suite of products and service solutions that meet requirements and also implementing new client on boarding.
∎ Ø Ensure that all accounts profile and all sales reports and any other relevant information are updated and entered in Operation.
∎ Ø To negotiate and close agreements with large customers and to manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned territory.
∎ Ø To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Ø To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Ø To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
∎ Ø Manage an aggressive for achieving the annual sales target in a highly competitive and highly complex environment.
