Job Context:

We are looking for a “Construction Budget & Cost Estimation Manager” who will be responsible for planning, estimating, analyzing and auditing costs for construction and development projects to ensure financial feasibility and project profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings to derive material and labor costs.

  • Assist in project budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and auditing.

  • Monitor ongoing project costs and report variances or budget overruns.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure cost-effective planning.

  • Review and validate contractor quotations, tenders, and bills.

  • Participate in bid preparations and negotiations.

  • Provide value engineering advice to optimize cost without compromising quality.
