Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Analyze architectural and structural drawings to derive material and labor costs.
Assist in project budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and auditing.
Monitor ongoing project costs and report variances or budget overruns.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure cost-effective planning.
Review and validate contractor quotations, tenders, and bills.
Participate in bid preparations and negotiations.
Provide value engineering advice to optimize cost without compromising quality.
