Job Context:
∎ Construction Site: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ The position of General Manager (Construction) will play a vital role to supervise and monitor the construction issues of running Transmission Line & Substation projects.
∎ Job Location: Have to work in the head office at Dhaka and also anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and Monitor the construction work of projects and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), Material Receiving Report (MRR).
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work of RCC (Reinforce cement concrete) / Steel Transmission Line & Substation works.
∎ Handle workers and contractors activities and evaluate their performance.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of Construction materials of site.
∎ Maintain and check measurement book (MB), bill of quantity (BOQ) of ongoing Transmission Line & Substation projects.
∎ Conduct site investigation and analyze data (like maps, reports, and tests, drawing, etc)
∎ Maintain quality work in scheduled time.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in building project premises.
∎ Prepare report based on Transmission Line & Substation projects project program.
∎ Prepare schedules for possible cost saving measures.
∎ Prepare general conditions of monthly budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Civil Engineering and Construction project
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Transmission Line, Substation Construction & Civil Construction.
∎ Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced In Building Heavy Transmission Line & Substation Projects.
∎ Experienced in working with BOQ, Civil Construction, Construction Equipment, construction project Management, Cost and budget, Design drawing.
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and must be physically fit
∎ Have adequate knowledge on Microsoft project, Auto CAD and related software.
∎ Take necessary action during handover of a project
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the top management.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 - 70000 (Monthly) or Negotiable

∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Food and living cost will be fully subsidized when working in the site.
