Job Context:
∎ To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee/workforce
∎ To take key role in HR recruitment process
∎ To develop & implement appraisal policy
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer`s COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules (Srom Bidhimala).
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance.
∎ Audit & Security System Audit (C-TPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV Eetc.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer`s Audits.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem
∎ And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
∎ Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
∎ Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
∎ Draft, modify and implement company policies as per the requirement of management
∎ Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
∎ Assess the business's future ventures instructions of Compliance manager to identify possible compliance risks
∎ Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
∎ Arrange TNA as requirement & conduct trainings / awareness Keep well-informed of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
∎ Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as compliance similar capacity
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations
∎ Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
∎ Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
∎ An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures and regulations
∎ Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/ products
∎ Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Work experience in green factory is an added advantage.
∎ Good track record of developing factory environment through internal audit, HSE, WPC, WWA meeting and practices etc
∎ High level of communication skill with top to bottom level of employees to ensure the improvement of workplace environment.
∎ Hands on experience in implanting and sustaining the standards of top brands, managing audits and CAPs of different 3rd party audits coordination with Department head.
