Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle and follow up the L/C, TT and all types of sales related documents of button, washing and embroidery factory.
∎ Co-ordinate with Banks, parties for L/C acceptance.
∎ To ensure PI terms and conditions for back to back LC & Checking LC clauses with buyer.
∎ Maintain the files and records as per company policy.
∎ Follow up the LC and other payment process with buyer through bank to complete the whole process within stipulated time frame.
∎ Correspond with brands for order development, order production follow up with factory and delivery on time.
∎ Cost estimate of button with consultation of factory and management.
∎ Maintain close monitoring of all L/C payments so that those are reimbursed without any delay.
∎ Liaison with factory to ensure smooth production and delivery to customer and buyers.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative work relationships within the team.
∎ The applicants should must be experience of Embroidery, Button and Washing sector.
∎ Computer Skills - Must be able to operate Microsoft office program.
∎ Working experience on ERP will get preference.
