- Through knowledge on Architectural design & drawing
- Solid working knowledge on AutoCAD
- Hands on experience on working working drawings, RAJUK drawings, Far calculation, DAP Rules etc.
- Hard working and meticulous with time management skills.
- Looking for developing professionally in this sector and committed to detailing and practical applications of design.
- Good Interpersonal skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ability to understand and communicate with the consultant architects.
- Producing Presentation & working drawings.
- Design development as per the Architects guidance.
- Depth knowledge about RAJUK and other authority drawings including Far Calculation.
- Knowledge about the detail working drawing.
- Research and analyse to introduce new design trend in bti.
