Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes within the apparel industry
Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve quality.
Strong risk management and trouble shooting skills; works proactively management
Planning, scheduling and reporting strengths
Responsibilities & Context:
Work with factory quality related tasks and ensure all the Quality Management System (QMS) are executed consistently to meet buyer requirements.
Work proactively with MCP (Manufacturing control plan) delivery, quality and product safety issues.
Engage in TPR and coordinate with PSQA for approvals.
Lead Target monthly improvement projects with factory CI team.
Prepare the factory for yearly QAFA audit to get the maximum score.
Lead all future Target Vender empowerment projects and set customer requirements in factory
