Responsibilities & Context:
To look after Civil works in Construction of Factory building, ETP, WTP, Wear House, Utility Building, Manufacturing Building, Sub-station and other infra-structure and assist overall construction activities by proposal, coordinating, planning, overseeing and approval from higher authority relevant details of implementation of all new building and ETP Plant construction projects and over all maintenance of existing buildings or structures and facilities of the company as directed by management.
To keep close contact with ACCORD (RSC) for building safety and closely monitor and arrange structural remediation works as suggested by the consultant after receipt approval.
Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to the Management on the current status.
To face audits of buyers and Accord (RSC) on relevant issues.
Carry out detailed analysis of cost prior to signing the requisitions.
Study and scrutinize the CAPs given by the Buyers and internal auditors regarding safety related requirements for rectification/ improvements /remedy and repair of building / structure.
Coordinate with Admin Department and own departmental concerned persons regarding progress of adopted measures to complete the CAP.
To prepare & update the projects Gantt charts (Master work program) and Tracking Gantt charts using MS project and reports to management.
To prepared Budget and submission of cash flow chart for approval.
To make time and action plan to complete any structure.
Build network and work closely with Contactor, consultant & report to higher management regularly.
Civil related miantenance works costing and supervision/execution.
Any other duties assigned by management as required.
