Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Masters or Bachelor from any reputed institute/ University.
∎ B.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering will be preferable
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical store, WASHING
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check chemicals availability as per production plan & ensure required chemicals on time.
∎ Prepare monthly requisition for the requirement of chemical items & service.
∎ Follow up Chemicals MSDS, Labeling, Secondary containment, Plate & displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Have to take overall responsibility for all day to day activity of the store including stock receipt, stock issue& record maintenance.
∎ Maintain FIFO (First in First out).
∎ Prepare chemical inventory also recording all inventory related transactions in ERP.
∎ Ensures the stores are well maintained and kept clean.
∎ Manage proper disposal of waste chemicals/remaining chemicals from the factory by keeping records.
∎ Receive store materials from local, foreign supplies and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Follow up material distribution as per consumption & BIN Card in Chemical store.
∎ Follow up Hazard & non Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately as per compatibility chart.
∎ Conduct monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Availability of PPEs ensured while handling chemicals.
∎ Make & sure health awareness to the vulnerable workers regarding chemicals.
∎ Maintain & controls Chemical Safety Management related all proper documents, Policies and ensure distinguish Buyer Compliance requirements.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experienced in washing factory.
∎ Must have knowledge about Chemical Management System (CMS) & Store Compliance.
∎ Sound knowledge about dyes & chemical costing & RSL/MSL & Chemical Certificate (Gots, Oeko-tex, Bluesign etc.).
