Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer & Partner Database Enrichment:
∎ Enrich customer portfolio through client acquisition [Specialized women banking segment & Deposit mobilization campaign].
∎ B2B partnership for executing value added services.
∎ Create and enrich various database related to customer, merchants, partners etc.
∎ Use IPDC's existing system generated data and reports to get the necessary information.
∎ Analyze Business Case & Initiate Campaigns:
∎ Work with management to initiate business case based on market research.
∎ Identify, analyze, & remodify campaign plans as per present market demand.
∎ Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques & provide ongoing reports.
∎ Competitive analysis & update added benefits according to market demand.
∎ Create various reports to assist the management with the decision making.
∎ Innovation:
∎ Small deposit hunt mobilization activities through campaign activation.
∎ Develop process, system & database to get insight of market.
∎ Coordinate & collaborate with other teams for client acquisition under women banking segment & Deposit mobilization campaigns.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent relationship management skill.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ HNW segment relationship.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office package.
