Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business/strategic plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Preparing strategic plan for marketing through digital platform and take initiative to execute the plan within specific time.
∎ Meeting planned marketing & sales goals for both physical and digital marketing.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives for software sales.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving software sales.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and its products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 42 years
∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role preferable in software sales & marketing.
∎ Proven sales track record.
∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Experience managing and directing a sales team.
∎ Ability to lead a sales team.
∎ Proficiency in computer and CRM software. Knowledge on software will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Time management skills and is able to multi-task.
