∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University (major in Marketing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set-up, formulate marketing strategies & forecasting the management to face the upcoming challenges with the changing adverse business situation as well as enabling the management in achieving the business goals.
∎ To find out the ways & means of adopting strategic marketing tools to enable the organization in reaching towards the business goal.
∎ Generating innovative,creative marketing ideas and updating the management about new marketing strategies time to time.
∎ Responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of brand or the products and services.
∎ Overseeing hyper-aggressive branding, advertising and promotional campaigns.
∎ Develop marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads and oversee marketing team.
∎ Manage marketing budgets and analyze business trends.
∎ Analyzing market trends and preparing target forecasts.
∎ Coordinating with the sales, Admin & financial, public relations and other internal stakeholders.
∎ Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Job Experience: At least 10 years in any large corporate sectors, preferably in service or similar industries.
∎ Age: 35-40 years (age exceeding 40 years need not to apply)
∎ Mandatory Position Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as: ERP
∎ Having experience serving in large corporate sectors (service sector will be given preferences)
∎ Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
∎ Superb leadership qualities, in communication, public relations and collaboration abilities wih the corporate leaders.
∎ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong time management and organizational abilities.
∎ Expert in SEO & digital marketing areas.
∎ Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, listening & reading)
∎ Hard-working & dedicated.
∎ Ready to move anywhere, anytime inside /outside the country.
