Educational Requirements:
∎ An MBA or related degree from a reputable University.
∎ A basic degree in textile technology is welcome.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Preparation of budget and delivering the budget and set targets
∎ • Identifying opportunities and increased market shares of location and respective areas.
∎ • Build up strong customer portfolios.
∎ • Market assessment and analysis and work with respective departments to understand and drive the business growth
∎ • Drive the coordination and work with internal teams to drive higher level of customer satisfaction.
∎ • Aggressive market outreached and keep close eye on competition approach
∎ • Pricing and rebate management following local and global instructions.
∎ • Understand customer demand and work with internal teams for higher customer satisfaction
∎ • Market update and competition update and share the teams
∎ • Follow up on credit outstanding and higher risk clients with credit collection and finance team.
∎ • Identify market dynamic and diversification opportunities
∎ • Drive weekly business meting
∎ • Liaise with agent office / vendors to manage and drive business relationship.
∎ • Work with AKAM / LKAM and Global business team on client managements / support and information’s
∎ • Attend weekly ( SMGRS) monthly global calls
∎ • Work on global tenders and pricing and support on market intelligence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical abilities
∎ Experience in Garment/Textile industry marketing is must.
∎ Excellent computer operation skills especially on Ms Word/ Excel and PPT is essential
∎ Diligent, proactive and committed
∎ Good spoken and written English
