Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc. in Civil Engineering from Public or Private University
∎ Possessing an MBA will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Labor Management, Programme and Project Planning, Project Management, Real Estate, Supervision

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of new Land for development in a joint venture, visit and procure the land for an apartment/Commercial.
∎ Clear idea which area is better for development.
∎ Understanding Client's requirement in terms of land use, land size and preferred location based on availability of other resources.
∎ Authentication of registered property title documents.
∎ Negotiation and Concluding the Deal.
∎ Negotiation with all Land Owners for the best possible price of the land.
∎ Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that identified legal risks are mitigated and appropriate courses of action have been taken.
∎ Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
∎ Periodical visit of Construction projects to check the quality of construction work and submission of site visiting report.
∎ Discuss with the Apartment Buyers and Land Owners
∎ Inform and follow up the Apartment Buyers about the company apartments.
∎ Find out suitable land for joint venture development.
∎ Negotiate with the land owners and process the Project for construction
∎ Build up strong Marketing and Sales Department of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Real Estate works with minimum 4 or 5 Basement of High-rise Building.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ should have good knowledge in drawing & design.

Salary: Negotiable
