Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Manager (Business Development) - Direct Sales . The role involves guiding individuals in their journey to relocate overseas, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with company guidelines.

  • Assess customers` needs and recommend tailored migration services to help them make informed decisions.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with high-profile clients by understanding their personal, financial, and migration-related goals.

  • Customize immigration solutions, including investment-based programs, to meet individual client requirements.

  • Deliver personalized, premium services and provide ongoing post-migration support to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Provide accurate information on immigration services and visa requirements.

  • Assist in completing visa and immigration-related documentation within set timelines.

  • Stay updated on immigration and visa-related information through regular research.

  • Guide clients in making informed career decisions and realizing their potential.

  • Collaborate with management and execute duties as per organizational guidance.

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Acquire and update knowledge about market conditions, competitor offerings, and company services.
