Requirements & Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.

• Preferred Background: Experience in service-based sales and handling corporate clients.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Bangla with basic proficiency in English.

• Core Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership.

• Mindset: Confident in phone-based selling with a disciplined approach to reporting and performance tracking

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies

• Oversee business development functions

• Communicate with corporate clients over the phone

• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions

• Pitch services and handle objections confidently

• Follow up on leads and close deals

• Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction

• Maintain sales reports and manage the pipeline

• Update and track leads in the CRM system

• Lead and support the sales team to meet targets

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: BDT 45,000 – 50,000
