Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master's degree in any discipline preferably in Marketing or Business Administration;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the achievement of Marketing/ communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives
∎ Assist to develop short and long term plans and budgets for the marketing/ communications/public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
∎ Assist to prepare year calendar of marketing activities & budget. Ensure it's implementation through the approval of proper authority
∎ Ensure to organize & observe global health days following national guidelines on a regular basis.
∎ Outreach visit coordination and event planning :
∎ Supervise & guide Chattagram and Sylhet Information Centre's staffs for their regular activities
∎ Supervise & guide Asst. In-Charge (outreach), Executives - Outreach for outside doctors visit and doctors hunt
∎ Corporate Marketing :
∎ Ensure corporate business and growth by regular marketing and nourishing of corporate relationship
∎ Organize health awareness program for the staffs of different corporate partner institutions according to their demand
∎ Departmental Administration:
∎ Assist to develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing / communications functions.
∎ Effectively enable staff by transmitting hospital's values, vision and direction, respecting and using the skills, expertise, experience and insights of people
∎ Corporate Marketing
∎ Ensure corporate business and growth by regular marketing and nourishing of corporate relationship

∎ Departmental Administration:

∎ Inter - Department liaison maintenance :
∎ Assist HR to recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified marketing personnel

∎ At least 5 to 7year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Health Care related marketing & Hospital Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Health Care & Online health solution
∎ Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 Years Working Experience in Hospital Marketing including 2 to 3 years in a reputed online health solution related areas.
∎ Extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or sales.
∎ Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
∎ Must possess the ability to write well
∎ Advanced computer skills using the Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power-point
∎ Be outgoing and optimistic
∎ Team Oriented
∎ Exhibits Problem Solver Qualities
∎ Obtains Presentation and Project Management Skills
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner
∎ Language skills both in Bangla and English
