Experience:

• Experience in emergency services, transport logistics, or supervision of large field operations will be an advantage.

A project under the Department of Roads and Highways of the Government of Bangladesh: Bangladesh Road Safety Project (BRSP) is being implemented by a reputed organization in a joint effort. Duty Station: Central Office with regular field coordination across hub and site offices.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of BLS Ambulance Supervisors and support deployment management of drivers and Medical Assistants.

• Oversee roster management, shift planning, leave tracking, reassignment, and operational readiness of ambulance teams.

• Ensure ambulances are properly staffed, equipped, maintained, and aligned with standard response protocols.

• Coordinate closely with the Call Center to ensure timely, accurate, and responsive ambulance dispatches.

• Support data-driven monitoring, service planning, and cross-functional coordination with other project components.
