• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.

• Familiarity with industrial machinery and maintenance practices used in automobile production.

• Proficiency in the use of maintenance management software and tools.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and troubleshooting methods.

• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan for all vehicles and machinery.

• Ensure timely repairs and diagnostics.

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, delegate tasks, and ensure skill development.

• Supervise troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, ensuring quick resolutions.

• Manage inventory of spare parts, ensure timely procurement, and monitor usage for cost-efficiency.

• Ensure maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on activities, downtime, and costs.

• Monitor and control maintenance expenses, recommending cost-effective solutions.

• Identify areas for improvement in maintenance practices and implement solutions for increased efficiency.
