Job Context:
∎ ALESHA Tech Ltd. is looking for IT Support for upcoming Projects.
∎ Prospective technical resources must have expertise in IT Support.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Sound knowledge on endpoint security solutions, Firewall, LAN MAN WAN with Copper & fiber, Switching, Data backup, Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Microsoft Azure , outlook, mail system, switch, router, Optical network, IT security, DNS & DHCP etc.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration.
∎ Clear knowledge about TCP/IP, DNS, Windows OS.
∎ Security Management including managing VPNs and firewalls.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
∎ Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
∎ Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
∎ Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
∎ Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
∎ Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
∎ 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
∎ Certifications are preferred, but not required.
∎ DevOps experience is preferred with in-depth knowledge of server management in Linux - RedHat / CentOS / Debian etc.
∎ Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
∎ Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
∎ Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
∎ In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
∎ Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
∎ Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
∎ Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
∎ Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
∎ A good memory of how software and operating systems work
∎ Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
∎ Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
∎ Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
