∎ Computer science/software engineers from reputed universities or organizations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, basic programming and CCTV setting.
∎ Desktops and Laptops (Installation and support)
∎ Fully installed and properly functioning computer systems and accessories.
∎ Servers, router setup, and operation
∎ An efficient software applications and antivirus software on the network
∎ Identify, analyze, and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work with software company to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.
∎ Communicate clearly and effectively with ERP, AMS & Payroll software users and developers.
∎ Differentiate between system and user-end errors and troubleshoot accordingly.
∎ Dynamically ICT related support to all departments in office.
∎ CCTV setting & Maintenance.
∎ Experience on IP Telephony system configuration and Maintenance.
∎ Keep an eye out for needed updates
∎ Ensure network security and connectivity
∎ Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years practical experience is required.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge in the Networking, Hardware & software technology and CCTV Installation & Maintenance.
