Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 8 to 10 years experience in related department, Garments, Garments Finishing, kinit, woven Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain floor discipline
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment target with desired quality.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Maintain company SOP regarding loading- unloading, style wise update, trims and fabric in house.
∎ Have to Maintain close relation with Production & Cutting for on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Monitor production output as per production plan & capacity
∎ Manage the line setup on a shift basis as per production line and machine wise output with the best combination manpower & machine
∎ Manage production requirements from Planning, Operation, IE, PD and QA through job bag regarding all specifications of garment, accessories, packaging, lead time, capacity and planning study.
∎ Monitor finished goods handover after execution of quality checking finishing and packing to store department to dispatch.
∎ Maintain in line quality in every step of finishing.
∎ Control Lead time against each step of finishing.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
