Responsibilities & Context:

·    Must have sound knowledge on latest versions of

  • BNBC, ACI, AISC, NIRAPON & RSC Standards etc.,

  • Design Software Packages ETABS, SAP, SAFE, STAAD Pro etc.,

  • Drawing Software Auto CAD

  • Project Management Software Packages Microsoft Project, Primavera etc.

  • Office Management Software Packages

·       Supervision of overall construction work

·      Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.

·      Prepare project status reports for new construction and routine building maintenance by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, recommending actions as per prevailing CODES and STANDARDS.

·      Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.

·      Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes recommending actions.

·      Experienced in attending/handling NIRAPON/RSC structural safety follow-up meetings independently and to communicate with the same regarding Corrective Action Plan(CAP) implementation.

·     Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management

·    Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.

·   Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

·    Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, monitoring process, on-site supervision etc.).
