∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Key Skills: Vast knowledge about in acrylic polymers & printing Ink manufacturing process, Innovative of textile, Computer literacy, well versed with various quality systems/standards, Safety and environmental procedures, Project handing etc. Knowledge of designing will be an advantage.
∎ 5 to 10 years in manufacture of textile printing chemical & its allied products and various Specialty Chemicals, especially polymerization reaction-based industry.

∎ We are looking for the following hardcore production professional for immediate appointment. This is a superb opportunity to play a direct role in the growth and development of this fast-moving export-oriented textile chemical industry.
∎ The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely in a timely manner. They will manage a team of workers and work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
∎ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control and tracking polymerization of acrylics reaction & others programs to meet quality objectives.
∎ Calculate factory capacity levels to meet the necessary output required and run at the most efficient for all production factors including materials, technical, process.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and machinery.
∎ Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
∎ factory Manger he will be responsible for planning and executing production schedules in time, adherence to the quality and safety norms, assessing and organizing required resources, good communication skills, cost consciousness etc.
∎ Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
