∎ B. Sc in Engineering (Textile/Chemical)
∎ In addition to B.Sc Engineering, BBA/MBA from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Applicant must ensure the due consideration of quality after the production.
∎ Lead the team on ensuring the best outcome and creating batter market for the company's product.
∎ Reviewing plans and its infrastructures to elaborate everything to the team from time to time and effectively Marketing company's product.
∎ Have to evolve the chemical products from time to time for better results and implement new ideas for the best outcome in printing chemicals.
∎ Examine the specific Style to determine details such as sample
∎ Ensuring the Quality Control of the final products.
∎ Addressing and ensure safety from Chemical Hazards and right concentration of its elements must be monitored.
∎ Bringing Sustainability and more efficiency must be the key goal to improve profitability by identifying cost reduction and reduce the wastage percentage and environmental compliance.
∎ Work on implementing and monitoring the company policy, procedure & buyer's Code of Conduct with full knowledge of compliance standard of 100% export oriented textile chemical industry.
∎ Prepare factory to face any kind of buyer's audit-social/ ethical/ environmental/ Technical audit.
∎ Bearing the full responsibility of the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
∎ To work on documentation of GOTS, OEKO-TEX Eco Passport, ZDHC, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ Must have at least 5 years of experience.
∎ Skills Regarding Compliance Documentation.
