• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Veterinary Science
• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University,Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University,Sylhet Agricultural University students will get preference

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in breeder farm management.

• Ability to stay on site.

• Have experience and expertise in farm operation including feeding, vaccination, and flock health management during brooding, growing and laying, etc.

• Manage and oversee all breeder farm operations, ensuring optimal breeding and production efficiency.

• Develop and implement breeding programs to meet production targets.

• Monitor animal health and ensure adherence to industry best practices and bio-security protocols.

• Lead, supervise, and train farm staff to maintain smooth operations and high productivity.

• Prepare detailed reports and analyses on farm performance, including breeding efficiency, mortality rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
