Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Computer Skills, Electric Maintaining, Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assure the smooth Supply of Utilitiesto all the resources including direct resources like Generator, Steam Boiler, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Factory Machine and other equipment for proper functioning.
∎ Responsible for the safety and secure power supplyto all electrical devices.
∎ Plan, implement and maintenance of systems for monitoring machine down time & identify current levels accurately and set targets to minimize it. Identify strategy
∎ To be strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time to time
∎ Develop or propose a spare parts policy for the company to abide to.
∎ Assure the service and repair of all machines and equipment to have in perfect running condition ready for production at all times
∎ To assure that the procedures are implemented to ensure the availability (that there is no waiting) of machines during style change, including a monitoring procedure.
∎ Be aware of new technologies coming in and evaluate them against company requirements and recommend on acquiring while identifying key personnel to be trained on new arrivals.
∎ The selected candidates will lead the Utility team and will be responsible to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all machineries/plant independently especially Power department
∎ The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on utility related works
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Spinning Factory
∎ Spinning & Rotor Factory
∎ Utility (Generator, Steam, Air Compressor)
∎ The candidates should have strong personality, proven leadership skills.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude;
∎ Adequate experience to manage job independently having multi-tasking ability;
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate to the subordinates;
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame;
∎ Good in planning & analytical skills having record keeping ability for reports;
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS Power Point and email communication etc.;
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
