Company Overview:
We are a 100% compliance knit garments factory located in Gazipur, dedicated to delivering high-quality apparel to global brands. To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join as Manager / AGM – Technical (Knit Garments).
Responsibility :
- Provide technical solutions to the sewing floor for smooth and efficient production.
- Develop and implement production-friendly guidelines .
- Conduct risk analysis in production and take preventive actions to minimize production losses.
- Guide sewing operators, line chiefs, and supervisors in achieving efficient bulk production.
- Analyze style requirements and prepare proper operation breakdowns (OBs).
- Apply line balancing techniques to maximize productivity and maintain quality.
- Ensure proper machine settings, attachments, folders, and guides for operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all technical challenges during production.
- Collaborate with IE, Quality, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train, coach, and develop technical teams to improve skills.
- Continuously explore and implement process simplification and cost-saving measures.
