∎ Al-Haj Karim Textiles Limited/Karim Tex Limited, concern of Karim group is a reputed name in the Textile and Yarn manufacturers industry in Bangladesh. We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Manager/AGM (Store) in our Factory.
∎ Job Location: Kalampur, Dhamrai (Factory), Dhaka
∎ Job Description
∎ Ensure the proper storage of all Raw Materials, finished goods, Chemical, Packing Materials, Mechanical, Electrical equipment and spare parts, etc.
∎ Checking daily requirement upon discussing with all department, planning & indent preparing as per factory SOP.
∎ Closely monitor local purchase and verify price at random.
∎ Ensure items of correct specification are purchased in correct quantity.
∎ Receiving Imported Raw Materials, Chemical & Spare parts L.C wise and reporting by email.
∎ Ensure Safety stock level inventory, planning and maintain of all store items for smooth production.
∎ Preparing and forwarding daily report to head office about Raw Materials, Chemical, Packing Materials & consumption and stock report & forwarding to H/O.
∎ Ensure receipt & storage of waste product in proper time and place. Understand logistic support with transport and ensure schedule delivery of goods.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about Rules and Procedures of Customs & VAT.
∎ Regularly inspect the cards, Ledger and MIS to update the position and monitor stores management system by factory existing software (ERP).
∎ Maintain and updating daily stores register & store related reporting work.
∎ Be responsible for documentation, issue, receipts, warehousing, inventory, stocking and software entries for raw materials, finished goods and machineries.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management authority.
